weeeeeeee~~~ this is the best fried rice version i ever cooked *___*V My mama didn't cooked for my bro and I (she's in her slack mode again) so I decided to cook for the two of us~ You guys should have look the expression on my face when I found that there was not even single food prepared for us T^^T Oh well, no harm done cooking once in a blue moon~ >D So, I'm gonna show you guys what I did...

Ingredients: Mixed veges(washed), garlic and shallots (diced), hotdogs (diced), some leftover chicken meat in which I want to get rid of (also diced and marinade with sesame oil and some soya sauce), 3 eggs, rice (of course), chicken stock (not the soup oh! the powder ones), sesame oil, spring onion for garnish~ I don't use any salt cuz of the marinaded leftovers~

First, heat up the wok and pour in the sesame oil (mine was around 4 tablespoon). Add the diced garlic and shallots in and stir-fry them for a one minute then add in the hotdog, mixed veges and leftover chicken meat. Season with chicken stock~

When the hotdog is quite cooked, add the rice in~~~

When the rice is mixed nicely with the ingredients, make a hole in the middle of the wok to pour the eggs in and then fold the rice nicely with the egg~

And this is the final product~ and then add in the spring onions for garnish~

I also made eggs with onion, one of my favourite dishes~ My mama made better version than mine but what to do...she slacked T^^T Enjoy oh~
